Hi, I am Victor C. Bullard with The Property Company. I am heading into my 5th year in real estate. I am currently a Director with The Upper Cumberland Association of Realtors. I am from Cookeville and studied History at TTU. I have two sons, Gabe who’s 17 and Sean who’s 15. I love everything about Cookeville, so much so that for the past 5 years I have volunteered at the Cookeville Depot Museum.
Obviously buying a house in this market is very stressful, but Victor was there every step of the way. He did not pressure us at any point, but gave us advice when we asked for it, and walked us through the entire process. I hope I never have to buy a house again, but if I do, I'll definitely go with Victor.
