Hi, I am Victor C. Bullard with The Property Company. I am heading into my 5th year in real estate. I am currently a Director with The Upper Cumberland Association of Realtors. I am from Cookeville and studied History at TTU. I have two sons, Gabe who’s 17 and Sean who’s 15. I love everything about Cookeville, so much so that for the past 5 years I have volunteered at the Cookeville Depot Museum.
